What a hectic couple of weeks it has been, hence the delay in updating this site. Well it has been and gone. I am talking about the launch party for "Seven". As you know, on the 6th March we had a little gathering to celebrate the launch of our second album. It was a tremendous day and night and I want to thank everyone for turning up and making it an evening to remember. We blasted through a 1 hour set of songs from "Seven" plus the single "Broken" and "Children Of The Sun" from "Revolutions". The champagne flowed afterwards and everybody went home feeling ecstatic. The gig was recorded as well and Rob Leighton from Radio Caroline will air it on his show "Imagination" in the not too distant future, so watch this space for details. The album has been out now for 17 days and I am delighted to say that it is literally flying out of the door. Sales have been incredible and the first reviews have started to come through as well. We are just so pleased that you, the music listeners and the writers for the magazines and webzines, have been so positive and when we have a collection of reviews we will post them for you to read. Don't forget, if you haven't got your copy yet, just click on the "Shop" link above and purchase your copy now while the special offers are on. On the gig front, we will hopefully be announcing some new dates within the next couple of weeks and they will promise to be corkers. In the mean time, the "Gallery" has now been expanded. There are now 2 sections with more to be added in the near future. There are some newly posted pictures of the launch party gig plus an exclusive promo shot for you to see. Matthew has also added the latest installment to his "Diary" as well. Right then, I think that is it for now. Just to finally add that a new "Competition" will be posted soon and the prize is a great one. Oh yes, how could I forget..... The site has now had over 30,000 hits. That is incredible and thanks to you all for supporting the band and making this site work. Take care and see you all soon. Cheers, Rob Reed. |
